Part L Dwellings 2021 – Notional Building and Building Regulations
We are continuously being asked by Architects what targets for U Values should we be aiming for to meet the latest Regulations. For download is a summary page which details the notional Building Specification compared to the maximum back stop values from LA.
If the notional building specification were followed the proposed dwelling would pass, at least in theory. In our experience they don’t always pass with this spec as their a number of variable that will affect the result, however, its definitely a better start than with the back stop values.
