PAS 2035 Retrofit Assessor project. We provided an Energy Report and Condition Report on this early 1900’s semi detached house in Bristol, Retrofit survey via Retrofit West

 

Grade II listed building. We provided and energy report and some improvement options for this large proprty in Bowerchalke

PAS 2035 Retrofit Assessor project. We provided an Energy Report, Condition Report and Occupancy Evaluation on this large house in Corfe, Dorset, plus advice of possible improvements.

Improvement measures considered include the following: Thermal upgrades including cavity wall insulation, flat roof insulated, replacement windows and doors, replacement of electric underfloor heating with a wet system, solar PV.

Improvement measures considered include the following: Thermal upgrades, replacement windows and doors, ASHP, solar PV.
1960’s detached house Bradford on Avon

Thermal upgrades, new windows and curtain walling, ASHP to replace gas boiler to air heating.
